I utilize a prescriptive approach to therapy, utilizing tools from various modalities to meet individual client needs. I like to work deeply in sessions and incorporate humor to ensure that sessions can be relaxed but productive.
Our first session will but used to get to know one another and discuss your goals for your care. It will be a low pressure session used to build a therapeutic relationship and set the stage for future sessions.
