Great to meet you!

Anger, fear, sadness, anxiety. Sometimes we feel these things so strongly it is hard to breathe. I am here to help you find that breath and untangle the emotions to help you toward peace. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to address the things that you are struggling with and empower you through the process of your journey. I am experienced in addiction issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, crisis intervention, and confidence/esteem issues. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents. My purpose is to help you realize the strength, purpose, and value you already possess and to assist you in chipping away the thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve you.

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and masters in social work (MSW), both at Florida State University. I have training and experience in trauma-informed therapy and have augmented my skills in mindfulness, grounding techniques and anxiety reduction by receiving my 200 hour yoga teacher training.

My approach to therapy

I like for my clients to feel fully supported and that they have someone on their team. I help to seek out solutions and empower clients by being a participant in your therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported, seen, and heard. I believe that my clients can expect to find new ways of thinking to help them get to where they want to be and feel challenged to grow knowing someone is there to help with the discomforts of that process!
