Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is active, experiential, and values-based—I help clients move from insight into meaningful, embodied change.

I primarily offer virtual therapy sessions, creating accessible support no matter where you are in Colorado or Texas.

My approach to therapy

I draw from an integrative, evidence-based blend of modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – values-based work, cognitive flexibility, and psychological flexibility training
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills – emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Somatic and nervous system-informed approaches – supporting regulation through body-based awareness and stabilization
  • Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy (MBET) – integrating nature, mindfulness, and experiential awareness when appropriate
  • Solution-Focused Therapy – identifying strengths, resources, and actionable next steps
  • Trauma-informed care – emphasizing safety, pacing, and stabilization in all work

My style is collaborative and practical—I focus on helping clients build tools they can actually use in daily life while also addressing deeper patterns at the root.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to change or better understand. We’ll talk through current concerns, relevant history, and what support has or hasn’t worked for you in the past.

This is also a space to begin identifying immediate coping tools or supports you may need right now. Together, we’ll start to clarify goals for therapy and outline a direction that feels realistic and aligned with your needs.

My goal in the first session is to create a grounded, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
