Great to meet you!

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard while exploring your emotions, understanding how past experiences influence your present, and developing practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. My holistic approach combines insight and skill-building to help you move toward greater balance and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, holistic, and deeply person-centered. I believe healing is possible, even when life feels heavy, overwhelming, or unclear. In our work together, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to understand what has been weighing on you.

I integrate evidence-based modalities with mindfulness-based practices, bringing a gentle and compassionate presence to our sessions. This approach supports you in managing anxiety, stress, and depression while strengthening self-awareness, resilience, and inner calm. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

I approach each client with care, patience, and respect, trusting in your innate capacity for growth. Together, we move at your pace, uncovering insight and building balance one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a gentle, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. We’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin understanding what you need most right now. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little lighter, knowing you’ve taken an important first step toward healing and self-discovery.
