Great to meet you!

I have more than 20 years of experience working with a diverse population struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and adjustment issues during life transitions. My compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative approach to creating a treatment plan that is individualized to my client’s needs has been instrumental in helping them to achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

I like to spend some time getting to know my clients and their short and long-term goals. I also create a safe environment where they feel confident and comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I use a variety of modalities, including, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from me

  1. A therapeutic relationship is based on respect, safety, and boundaries. Goals are mutually agreed upon and are measurable, realistic, and achievable. The focus is on progress, not perfection. Learning and using new skills to replace old thinking and behavioral patterns takes time and practice. Please don't hesitate to give me a call.
