When anxiety, intrusive thoughts, past experiences, or overwhelming emotions begin affecting your relationships, confidence, or ability to enjoy daily life, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief and loss, and child and adolescent mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with self doubt, or carrying the weight of experiences they have never fully processed. Whether you're facing a major life transition, coping with loss, managing persistent worries, or working through challenges that have followed you for years, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
