Great to meet you!

When anxiety, intrusive thoughts, past experiences, or overwhelming emotions begin affecting your relationships, confidence, or ability to enjoy daily life, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief and loss, and child and adolescent mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with self doubt, or carrying the weight of experiences they have never fully processed. Whether you're facing a major life transition, coping with loss, managing persistent worries, or working through challenges that have followed you for years, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

With nearly two decades of experience, I believe therapy should address both the challenges you are facing today and the experiences that may be contributing to them. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Parent Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy to support lasting growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, OCD symptoms, trauma responses, grief, depression, anger management concerns, ADHD, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. Therapy is designed to help you better understand patterns that keep you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and create sustainable changes that improve your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, open minded, and empowering environment where you feel respected, supported, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for everyday life. As we work together, you can gain greater emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger resilience, improved confidence, and a clearer understanding of yourself and your goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more equipped to manage challenges, strengthen your emotional wellbeing, and move forward with greater balance, hope, and confidence.
