Great to meet you!

I specialize in social anxiety, shame, and the ways fear of disconnection can shape your life. I work with adults who feel stuck not because something is wrong with them, but because old ways of staying safe are now getting in the way of the life they want. I bring warmth, directness, humor, and lived experience, especially around neurodiversity, identity, and belonging.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a life guided by your values, even when anxiety or shame show up. I also use a shame-informed lens, because many people aren’t just anxious—they’ve come to believe something about them is unacceptable. My goal is to help loosen that story’s grip.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you—what matters to you, what’s been hard, what you’ve tried, and what you want therapy to make possible. I’m not working from a checklist. I want to understand how you experience your life so we can leave with a shared sense of where to start.
