My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA), individuals navigating addiction, dysfunction, or emotionally immature parents. My focus also includes couples and relationship challenges, anxiety & depression, PTSD & complex trauma, codependency & boundary-setting, first responders, and those with processing or learning disorders.
