Hello. My name is Matt Eifrid and I am a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My training and experience in both primary care and psychiatric/mental health give me a broad scope of knowledge to provide my patients with evidence-based, holistic, and patient-centered care. I focus my care on adults aged 18 - 65 years old.
I strive to provide patient care following an integrative philosophy. I incorporate a holistic approach, which often involves a combination of medication, psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications such as diet, exercise, and stress management.
What you can expect from our first session
The priority of the first session is to build a foundation of care. This is my opportunity to hear your story and learn what you hope to achieve by teaming up with me for your care. Between the two of us, we will develop a treatment plan based on your personal goals and my assessment (which is based on diagnostic screenings and evaluations and your psychiatric, social, medical, and previous treatment history).
