Great to meet you!

Matt has been practicing in the mental health field since 2005. During that time he has held a variety of roles in mental health facilities. During that time he was able to get a bachelors in healthcare administration and then continue on to get a masters in clinical mental health counseling. Matt is a veteran of the US Air Force and during his time as being enlisted embraced the core value of integrity.

Matt has worked primarily with teens and children over the last 20 years and working with a variety of mental health maladies from anxiety and depression to autism and severe attachment issues. Matt enjoys working with all clients and unconditionally cares for and accepts all.

My approach to therapy

Playful and highly person centered. Matt enjoys using metaphors, stories, and experiences to help shape a deeper understanding of the challenges that each person is dealing with.

What you can expect from me

A smile, a story, and likely a recommendation for a movie to watch for homework.
