Great to meet you!

I walk into this profession every day because I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered and in control of their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety that keeps you from reaching your full potential, or relationship issues causing friction at home, I can help. I graduated from Assumption University in 2018 with an MA in clinical counseling and a special concentration in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and straightforward. Using evidence-based CBT techniques, I help you identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop coping strategies that work. Whether it’s overcoming anxiety or navigating relationship challenges, we’ll work together to uncover the root of your struggles and build practical solutions. I’ll guide you, challenge you, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain clarity, practical coping tools, and a deeper understanding of their thoughts and emotions. We’ll focus on building self-confidence, improving communication skills, and addressing unhelpful thought patterns. Ultimately, you’ll leave sessions feeling empowered, with actionable steps to create positive change in your life and relationships.
