Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field since 2009 and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania since 2017. I attended the Community College of Philadelphia and Temple University then Arcadia University for my graduate degree.

My approach to therapy

  • I approach counseling as a conversation.
  • I believe clients are the experts in their own lives.
  • My role is never to push or pull someone to do something, but to help them figure out what they want to do and how they can get there.

With my training, I might be able to help you realize you need a drink, but only you can say how much you need in your cup.

What you can expect from me

  • Feeling seen and heard (and hopefully) understood
  • Other ways to think about and respond to a situation
  • A plan we come up with together on next steps

About me
