Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, as well as adolescents and/or families navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, and identity concerns, as well as experiences often labeled with terms like depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or borderline personality disorder. While some view these issues categorically, I see them as part of the broad and varied spectrum of being human.

My approach to therapy

Finding a therapist can be a challenging task. Scrolling through profiles often leaves you wondering about a therapist’s personality, approach, and whether you’ll truly connect. While I have training in various therapeutic modalities, I have embraced a person-centered approach in the Rogerian tradition.

What does this mean for you? It means I believe in your innate ability to recognize and address your own challenges. Life’s demands can cloud our judgment, making it hard to navigate our problems. My goal as a counselor is to create a space where you can freely express and explore your experiences, your uncertainties, doubts, and joys. I aim to listen deeply, helping you uncover your own solutions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to see you for who you truly are, not what you are not, and encourage you to do the same. With experience across diverse settings and populations, I am committed to the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and the conditions that foster your self-reliance. If this resonates with you, I invite you to take that important first step.
