Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with several years of experience providing care in both community mental health and outpatient clinical settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative—I take time to listen and understand each person’s unique story, then tailor a treatment plan that fits their needs. This may include psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle changes, or a combination of all three. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take active steps toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

Over the years, I have helped clients navigate both acute crises and long-term recovery, and I bring a compassionate, steady presence to every session. My goal is not only to address symptoms, but also to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
