Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a licensed therapist and PhD candidate, I specialize in working with queer/LGBTQIA+ individuals, adults, and college students. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore identity, navigate life transitions, and manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. With a focus on sexual and gender diversity, I draw on psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and somatic therapies to guide our work together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in creating an individualized approach to care that honors your unique experiences. Together, we’ll build a strong therapeutic relationship based on open communication and respect. My goal is to help you gain insight, feel empowered, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. We'll explore how your body responds to stress and cultivate emotional awareness to foster healing and resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a warm and affirming environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly. We’ll work together helping you build resilience, emotional well-being, and deeper connections with yourself and others. Whether you’re addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, or relationship issues, I’ll be here to support and challenge you along the way.
