Great to meet you!

I am a Christian woman who has personally experienced a devastating miscarriage and a stillbirth, survived sexual assault, and struggled with depression. From these lived experiences, I offer tenderness to collaboratively hold your hand in a place that can feel lonely and scary, to offer hope.

I see you, I hear you, and I am here for you. I have lived the indescribable pain of losing an unborn child that only another mother with a similar loss can comprehend, endured the need to move on with your life after being sexually violated, and overcome the feeling of never being good enough, regardless of how hard you try. Let’s shamelessly heal together!

My approach to therapy

I offer a Strength-Based approach to therapy that encourages women, children, and adolescents to rediscover a newfound sense of hope, joy, and peace of mind. We will work collaboratively in order to strengthen your relationship with God, family, friends, and loved ones.

What you can expect from me

I often use Strength-Based Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore your reasons for seeking therapy and come up with goals together. Strength-Based Therapy is a collaborative psychotherapy approach that focuses on your strengths, resilience, and resources in order to overcome any challenges.
