Great to meet you!

Whatever has made you decide to look for a therapist, I am so glad you’re here. If you’re seeking a deep level of acceptance and a space where you can talk about the heavy things you have been carrying alone, this is it. I foster a space where you can give yourself permission to be unapologetic, honest, and supported.

My areas of focus:

  • Helping high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, and stuck
  • Women struggling with relationship stressors
  • Support for women navigating chronic illness, work-stress, and emotional exhaustion

You can expect me to be a great listener while also being interactive, provide feedback, encourage you, validate you, challenge you when you need it, and explore steps toward healing, better boundaries, healthy coping skills, and so much more peace and balance in your life.

My approach to therapy

I am approachable, accepting, non-judgmental, open minded, and grounded in evidence based practices. It’s very hard to shock me.

What you can expect from me

I offer evening and weekend times to accommodate clients who need appts outside of traditional business hours. If you’re ready to take the leap and begin therapy, please reach out.
