Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Meg. I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with extensive experience in nursing and reproductive mental health. I see adults for a wide range of concerns, including reproductive transitions such as PMDD, perimenopause, perinatal mood changes, and support for queer and trans parents. I also work with adults navigating life transitions or general mental health challenges. I offer both psychotherapy and medication management, taking a collaborative, caring approach tailored to each person’s needs.

My approach to therapy

I practice holistic psychiatry, looking at mental health in the context of your whole life, including body, mind, and environment. I provide psychotherapy and medication management as needed and tailor care to each person’s goals. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and flexible, helping you discover what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll review your history, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of treatment. I aim to create a comfortable, open space where you feel heard, and we’ll start building a plan together, whether that’s psychotherapy, medication, or other resources.
