I work with adults at all stages who express concerns with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and adjustment challenges to loss or life transitions. My approach to therapy is very non-judgmental and de-stigmatizing, which tends to help lower defensiveness and enable honest self-reflection. The psychological safety to reflect on deep seated trauma wounds, difficult emotions, or toxic shame is paramount to healing because they are often the primary drivers of most mental health symptoms and unwanted behaviors.
