Great to meet you!

My passion as a therapist is working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, ADD/ADHD, stress management, and depression/self harm. I am also passionate about offering LGBTQ+ affirming care. Whether you’re 13 or 30, I want you to know that your voice matters! I will emphasize a supportive and safe environment utilizing my experience, education from Xavier University, and continued training to support your needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the client’s sense of safety and connection are the foundations of a successful therapeutic relationship. I prioritize the client’s comfort level regarding pace, feedback and desired outcomes. I hope that those who walk through my door can be challenged and given the tools they need to succeed while feeling accepted and supported.

What you can expect from me

Starting during the first session, I aim to foster an environment of open communication, support and rapport that will continue throughout the duration of our sessions. I will guide clients through questions to help develop a picture of what brought them into therapy and to set some personal goals. There is no pressure to say the “right” thing, as every person’s therapy journey is different.
