Great to meet you!

I have an extensive background working across the lifespan with people struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions and family conflict. I believe one of the bravest things we can do is explore our thoughts and feelings, allowing for the vulnerability and discomfort this may bring, and work together to help you heal.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in maternal mental health and perinatal mood disorders. I am passionate about working with women (and their partners) through their fertility journey, pregnancies, grief and loss, and post-partum. I am here to support you through what this journey may bring and guide you to caring for yourself and forming healthy attachments and bonds.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to better understand yourself and work together to uncover what is blocking you from change. My goal is to help you feel relief from the emotional pain you may be experiencing. I act as a guide to challenge you and give you the tools you need to empower yourself and create your best you.
