Great to meet you!

The human experience is filled with ups and downs. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season, you don't have to figure it out alone. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted just as you are. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you've already started by being here. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative process, where we work together to better understand what's going on, build on your strengths, and find practical tools that help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs and draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. I have experience helping clients navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, sexual concerns, and faith transitions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, stronger coping tools, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My hope is that therapy helps clients feel more grounded, more empowered, and better equipped to handle challenges both in and outside of session.
