As a Licensed Professional Counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health, I treat a wide variety of psychiatric disorders. CSAT and PIT training gives me the advantage to identify and assist in resolving intimacy disorders and addictions. I graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science (MS) in clinical mental health counseling. Experience with patients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse.

My approach to therapy

Holistic- I psychoeducate to help individuals understand their struggles, validate and empower them to make choices and take action to help themselves, and resolve somatic-oriented traumas or negative feeling states to clear obstacles getting in the way.
