Great to meet you!

Deeply committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in trust; I strive to meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique journey.

My professional background includes experience working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I specialize in trauma and draw from evidence based practices to help clients better understand themselves and build practical tools for change.

My favorite part about being a therapist is seeing client see their own potential and ability to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed. Utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to your needs. We will collaboratively develop your treatment plan and implement methods that fit you in order to attain your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and begin wherever you are. My priority is creating a welcoming, nonjudgemental environment. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

During our first session, we will talk about what's bringing you in, what's changes you're hoping for, and any goals you may already have. If you currently do not have any goals or are unsure - that's ok! We will work collaboratively to set realistic goals that fit your journey. I will ask some questions to better understand you, your history, current stressors, relationships, and strengths.

Above all, you can expect a therapeutic space grounded in compassion, where growth feels possible and you don't have to navigate things alone.
