As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with living in a world that isn't always built with our needs in mind. Whether you are beginning to explore neurodivergence or have already been diagnosed, together we will work to reduce feelings of shame around characteristics and behaviors, and collaboratively build tools for navigating daily life with more confidence and self-compassion.
In addition to my neurodiversity-affirming work, I also support individuals who are navigating stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Whether we are exploring identity, building coping skills, or breaking unhelpful cycles, my goal is simple: help you build a life that works with how you're actually wired, not against it.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, affirming and deeply person-centered. I believe that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to therapy and enjoy weaving together a variety of evidence-based strategies to tailor treatment to the unique needs, strengths and communication style of each of my clients.
I believe that therapy should be a safe and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are - stimming, fidgeting, going off-topic, or processing at your own pace is always welcome. When working with my neurodivergent clients I often focus on building executive functioning skills, emotional regulation tools, and self-advocacy strategies while also addressing the impacts of masking, burnout and societal expectations.
I approach therapy through a lens of equality, inclusion and respect for all identities and am deeply committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and valued.

Our initial session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another better, where I will complete an assessment called a psychosocial assessment that details your background, current functioning and symptoms, and your desired goals for therapy.
I strive to always make sessions a safe and judgment-free space where you can be vulnerable and explore difficult emotions and experiences. I encourage you to show up in a way that allows you to feel most comfortable and yourself - so feel free to come to session in your favorite cozy PJs, enjoy a snack, and bring your favorite fidgets with you.
