Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, stuck, or constantly overthinking? You might find yourself second guessing decisions, overanalyzing relationships, or feeling unsure about your next steps. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions.

I'm a licensed therapist who takes practical, insight-oriented approach to help you better understand your patterns and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I am to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also feeling supported and understood. I won't push you before you're ready-but I will gently challenge you when it feels helpful for growth. I integrate approaches like CBT and DBT to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also building practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you - what's been weighing on you, what you've been struggling with, and what you want to change. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, while starting to identify patterns and set goals so therapy feels both supportive and productive.
