Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re just getting through the day on autopilot? I work with children, teens, and adults who are moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, and the everyday stress that slowly piles up until something finally gives. Whether you’re in crisis or simply know something needs to change, therapy with me is a place to be honest, feel understood, and start building relief that actually lasts. I offer virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in South Carolina or Virginia, so you can join from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 7 years of experience, and my style is direct, down‐to‐earth, and never harsh — you’ll always know where we stand. In our sessions, I draw from CBT, ACT, somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing, choosing what fits you instead of forcing a one‐size‐fits‐all approach. Together, we’ll explore the patterns behind your thoughts and behaviors, listen to what your body is telling you, and practice practical tools you can use between sessions. Our first session is a real conversation, not just a checklist, focused on what’s been going on and what you hope therapy can help shift.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear “goal” to get started — showing up is enough. If you’re in South Carolina or Virginia and ready to see if we’re a good fit, you can schedule a virtual session using my Headway booking link. I accept Aetna, Cigna, CareFirst, and Carelon. If something in this description resonates with you, I’d be honored to talk and help you take the next step toward feeling more grounded and less alone in what you’re carrying.
