My approach to therapy is collaborative, transparent, and evidence-based. My priorities in the therapeutic relationship are that you feel welcome and safe, that therapy is accomplishing what you want it to, and that we find the most effective modalities to achieve your goals.
Clients can expect to feel a little nervous to start therapy -that's normal! Once we've started working together, you can expect to feel supported, understood, and productive. You can also expect some laughter, connection, and hope!
