Great to meet you!

I have been working as a therapist since 2013. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, early intervention, group practices and now my own private practice. I enjoy in working with children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and trauma. I am trained in both TF-CBT and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

In my experience I have found that the therapeutic relationship is the most important element of a successful therapeutic experience. I use a client centered, non-judgemental approach to meet my clients where they are at and help them get to where they want to be.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with my clients to help them set goals and support them in reaching those goals. Depending on a clients preference I may suggest activities or homework to be done between sessions.
