Great to meet you!

I never envisioned myself as a therapist, and yet, here I am! Life can take us to unexpected places if we are open to the "ride." You may be on a journey, too, and unsure of where to turn next. I hope that my compassionate, collaborative, and empathetic approach to therapy will support you on your own respective journey. My goal is to help you identify your strengths and build practical solutions as you work through the challenges that brought you to therapy. I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral techniques, compassion, and mindfulness interventions to support meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients centers on relationships and the ways our mental health shapes, and is shaped by the connections in our lives (see list for diagnosis focus). This includes relationships with family, friends, colleagues, partners, and, just as importantly, the relationship we have with ourselves.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist can be intimidating! Yet, reaching out, is a sign of hope that you believe change can be possible. I hope you consider reaching out. I would be happy to set up a 15-minute free consult to see if we might be a good fit! Good luck with your search!
