Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals turn life’s challenges into opportunities for growth. For more than 35 years, I’ve supported clients navigating, major life transitions, loss, anxiety and depression—always with compassion and respect for each person’s unique journey. My mission is simple: to provide a safe, supportive space where you can honestly discuss your concerns, gain clarity, build confidence, and develop practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy

You are more than your struggles—you have strengths and untapped potential. Together, we’ll bring those qualities to light. My holistic approach integrates, spiritual, psychological and personal development to help clients to reach their full potential. We’ll work collaboratively to uncover strategies that empower you to move forward with confidence and purpose, embracing those things that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish through our working together. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about me, what you can expect and ask any questions you may have. If the decision is made to continue we will proceed by gathering pertinent information that will be helpful in the therapy process.
