Great to meet you!

It takes great strength to seek healing from the past, and I am honored to walk alongside you on that journey. Having grown up in a non-mainstream, marginalized environment, I bring a depth of personal understanding and compassion to my practice. My passion is to help individuals overcome the shadows of coercive control, religious trauma, and childhood wounds, because I know firsthand what it means to become the victor of your own story.

I believe that deep and lasting healing happens in an environment of safety and trust, where you are truly seen and heard. As a family-oriented person who enjoys serving my small-town community, I understand the importance of connection and belonging. In our work together, we can cultivate the same grounded resilience that I find in my own life through hiking, gardening, and making art. I am committed to helping you discover a healthy, fulfilling life and use your own unique talents to create a beautiful new chapter.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist who truly cares about helping people feel seen, supported, and understood. I keep up with the latest therapy tools and techniques, but I also bring my own warm, real, and fun energy into every session. My goal is to make therapy feel comfortable — like a conversation that helps you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want. We’ll laugh sometimes, dig deep when we need to, and work together to get you where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Taking that journey together begins with our first meeting, where my goal is to create an open and down-to-earth connection. There's no pressure on you to have a perfect narrative, especially when you're just starting therapy. I want you to feel completely comfortable, knowing that you are the expert of your own story, and you will set the pace.

Our work will be built on the foundation of what you choose to share with me. In every session, including our very first, you are in the driver's seat. I will review a potential treatment plan with you verbally, and together, we can clarify where you would like to begin.

I'm not here to just address a problem, but to know you as a whole person. I am interested in who supports you, what truly matters to you, and where you hope to be at the end of this journey. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for your healing to unfold.
