Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a background in both school-based and private practice settings, which allows me to support clients across different stages of life and environments. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I value building genuine connections with my clients and helping them feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, while also focusing on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I believe in balancing practical tools with deeper insight, so you not only feel better but also gain a clearer understanding of yourself. Whether we’re working through specific challenges or building long-term growth, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. At times, I see therapy as helping you hold the pieces of your story together until you feel ready to do it on your own.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s been going on and what you’d like to see change, but there’s no pressure to have all the answers right away. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

We’ll also talk about what therapy can look like moving forward so you have a clear sense of direction. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and a little less alone in whatever you’re navigating.
