Great to meet you!

As a Clinical Social Worker, I understand how our mental health is an important part of our overall health and happiness. I applaud you for taking this step in your growth. My focus is on helping clients with anxiety, depression, life stress, and relationship issues and focus on clients ages 15-65+.

My approach to therapy

Each client comes to therapy with a unique story, which deserves a customized approach. Together we will work to unpack your concerns through open communication and respect. I am here as a partner in this process and will work to listen, support, challenge, and guide you though your journey to a better you.

What you can expect from me

I understand that the issues that bring you into therapy can be complex. We will begin with an initial session where you can share you story and share what you would like to achieve while in therapy. I aim to create a safe, judgement free environment where you can feel free to share and be vulnerable. Together we will set goals and work to help you through this journey.
