Great to meet you!

In the past seventeen years working as a therapist it has been my pleasure to support a wide range of individuals seeking to improve their lives. I maintain a warm, empathic approach providing space to explore life's challenges, develop insight and shift towards productive change.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered approach that is grounded in the belief that each individual has the inherent capacity to heal and grow.

In therapy I believe it is important for the therapist to empower clients in identifying and developing their strengths to enhance the ability to cope with a wide range of symptoms and life challenges. I practice eclectically utilizing interventions from ACT, CBT, EMDR among others to best meet the needs of my clients and facilitate progress towards their therapy goals.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients have expressed feeling deeply heard, welcomed, encouraged, and validated. My goal for my clients is to leave sessions inspired and empowered to take meaningful steps towards productive change in their lives.
