Great to meet you!

I’m an LMFT and Art Therapist who believes real change begins with understanding yourself more fully—your emotions, experiences, and the patterns that shape your life. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from yourself/others, I’ll help you untangle what’s going on and guide you back toward a sense of clarity and alignment.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, chronic illness, and addiction. The challenges that accompany these experiences aren’t always accessible through words alone. Art therapy and somatic approaches help support different processing styles, access deeper layers, and regulate the nervous system.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me blends insight and action. We explore the “why” behind your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns to create understanding, while building practical skills to navigate stress, relationships, and life. Sessions balance open exploration with structured strategies, integrating art therapy, somatic, and evidence-based approaches.

We explore what’s not working, understand why, and create the conditions for real, lasting change. Together, we develop strategies that fit your life and feel doable. I provide gentle accountability with care and support, helping growth feel possible and safe.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to connect and be truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, reflect on your goals, and discuss approaches that resonate with you. By the end of the first session, you will have a sense of how we can work together to support your growth and wellbeing.
