Great to meet you!

I bring both academic training and a humanistic perspective to my work. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am currently working toward a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My training and experience working with clients emphasizes understanding the whole person—your experiences, values, relationships, and environment. I approach therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your inner capacity for growth and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective and integrates nature-based practices, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral frameworks. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion while also building practical tools that support meaningful change. Together, we may draw on mindfulness and somatic awareness, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and the restorative elements of nature to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope might change through therapy. I approach this with curiosity and care, creating space for you to share at your own pace. Together we’ll begin identifying goals and exploring how we might work together using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral tools, solution-focused strategies, and nature-based practices that support your growth.
