Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. Much of my background is in hospice and grief work, which has shaped how I show up—grounded, compassionate, and real. I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan and focus on grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and caregiver burnout. I’m also currently working toward my EMDR certification. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood and supported while creating real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, collaborative, and tailored to you. Therapy with me doesn’t feel stiff or overly clinical—it feels like a real, supportive conversation with purpose. We’ll focus on your goals, while I offer guidance, tools, and honest feedback when it’s helpful. I often work with grief, stress, life transitions, and family dynamics, helping you better understand what you’re carrying and how to move through it. I like to keep things practical, meaningful, and even bring in a little lightness when it fits.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and anything that feels important to share. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you, but there’s no pressure to go faster than you’re ready for. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported right from the start. We’ll begin to map out what working together could look like
