Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the first step. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that individuals and families are the experts on themselves, and I provide a safe and supportive space to hear how I can best support a client in thriving and finding what truly makes them happy. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals and families experiencing trauma. I work with youth, adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression and other life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I am here to guide and support but I believe clients have their own unique stories that must be heard. Through active listening and a clear plan, together we can work toward sustainable change and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session you can expect a warm, safe space where you can be your authentic self, so together we can identify your needs. Often fear, anxiety and trauma can cause a blockage and halt the ability to move forward successfully. My goal is to foster a safe environment that inspires you to want to move through what is holding you back and toward the desired vision for your life.
