Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Whether you're processing trauma, developing coping strategies, or clarifying personal goals, I’ll collaborate with you to create a growth-oriented plan that feels both empowering and achievable.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help you identify and meet your mental health needs. These approaches are practical and skills-based, giving you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Depending on your unique needs, I may also incorporate mindfulness practices or collaborate to find what best suits you. Your goals and progress are always my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and develop strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. Therapy is a journey, and we’ll build our work together over time at a pace that feels right for you. It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous before your first appointment; you're not alone in that.
