Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Texas for over 15 years of professional experience in helping clients transform their lives by empowering them to attain positive control to reach their God given potential. My experience focuses on assisting clients with ADHD, ADD, Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting issue, relationships, sibling/parental conflicts, oppositional conduct etc. I deploy empathy, respect, compassion, warmth, non-judgmental and client centered while using motivational interviewing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although I use diverse therapeutic techniques to empower and enhance their confidence, focusing on their strengths and obstacles, Cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered and solution focused is what I use more often. Utilizing Cognitive model, we will explore thought patterns/belief and consequent feelings that result to behavior. Mindfulness and intentional activities including homework are emphasized and used. We will collaborate on developing treatment plan that will facilitate growth.

What you can expect from our first session

We will collaborate in each session to identify agenda for the day. We will explore barriers/obstacles; thought pattern/belief; consequent feelings and resulting behavior. There may be emotional instances, but it will be fulfilling and meaningful. He will learn tools/techniques to challenge irrational thoughts, identify triggers and skills to overcome.
