My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe that healing occurs within a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I integrate evidence-based approaches to help clients develop insight, process difficult experiences, and build practical coping skills. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved training program and use this powerful therapeutic approach to help clients process and heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, and other distressing life experiences. EMDR can be a transformative tool in reducing the emotional impact of painful memories and fostering lasting healing.
In addition to EMDR, I tailor treatment to each individual, helping clients strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can gain confidence, overcome obstacles, and experience lasting positive change.
