Welcome to my practice! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Central Florida with over 9 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions.
My therapeutic style is to be warm, authentic, and direct when helpful. I strive to collaborate with my clients on their goals with a strong emphasis on meeting clients where they are. I have particular strength in building rapport and creating a supportive space, whether someone is seeking therapy for the first time or returning to continue their healing journey. My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to best support each client’s unique needs.

I’ll also gather some background information to better understand your personal history and concerns. Then, we’ll explore your goals for therapy and what you hope to accomplish.
