My approach to therapy

I became a psychiatrist to help people like my parents, who were refugees from Vietnam, after growing up seeing the consequences that trauma and difficult life experiences can have on mental health. Through my training, I have developed expertise in a wide range of approaches including integrative psychiatry, which allows me to work with you not just on medications and therapy, but also lifestyle changes and whole-body health. I also have experience in different therapy styles (ACT, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and more) that allows me to tailor my approach to your specific situation.

What you can expect from me
