Great to meet you!

I am an Expert People Developer (EPD), United States Army and Georgia National Guard veteran; a servant-leader with over 25 years of experience in the helping field. As a graduate of the Adler-Dreikurs Institute, Bowie State University, Washington Bible College, Prince George’s Community College and the Academy of Health Sciences, I earned numerous professional validating credentials. In addition to being a psychotherapist and educator, I served during the Persian Gulf War.

My approach to therapy

I am an energetic, interactive, and solution-focused psychotherapist. With joy, compassion, and understanding you will be supported on your personal growth journey. Although I specialized in Adlerian therapeutic techniques, complementary methodologies are integrated to offer a highly personalized and holistic approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

I will help you explore how the following six domains may have shaped and potentially influenced your perspectives and life:

  1. History
  2. Environment
  3. Society
  4. Theology
  5. Economics
  6. Relationships

You will receive practical feedback that helps effectively address life challenges and mistaken goals.
