Michael Pizza

Hello. My name is Michael Pizza, and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinician and Prescriber with more than 14 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. My clinical practice centers on adult outpatient care and telepsychiatry with expertise in medication management, crisis assessment, and comprehensive psychopharmacology evaluations for patients aged 18 and older. I have built my career within both outpatient psychiatry and modern telehealth platforms -including Cerebral and New England Center for Healthy Minds.

I have refined a patient centered approach that blends rigorous clinical assessment with genuine therapeutic engagement. I am fluent in many EMR systems and skilled in interdisciplinary care coordination, I partner with primary care providers, therapists, and care managers to deliver continuity of care that meets each patient where they are.

You can expect a warm, caring, interactive initial evaluation during your first meeting with me that covers your past psychiatric history including all past psychiatric medications, current symptoms, current medications, current and past medical problems, current providers, and a time for you to tell me what your main or presenting problem is. We will work together to come up with a proper, therapeutic, and realistic plan of care.
