Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where children, teens, adults, couples, families, and women can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional well-being using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and support you in creating lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins when you feel safe, heard, and accepted. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, meeting you where you are while building on your strengths. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, empowered, and confident in your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your strengths, discuss any challenges you're facing, and identify your goals for treatment. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and builds on your strengths. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, knowing you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
