Great to meet you!

Everyone’s story is unique, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I provide therapy for middle school–aged youth (12+), adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.

For adolescent clients, I partner with parents as appropriate to support progress, while keeping therapy a safe, confidential space. Information is shared in a developmentally appropriate and ethical way.

As a first-generation Latina and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I bring a culturally responsive and inclusive approach. Spanish is my first language, and I’m passionate about reducing barriers to care by offering therapy in both English and Spanish.

With over a decade of experience in education and mental health, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families through life transitions, trauma, and personal growth. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and supportive approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, while also integrating creative and somatic strategies.

I aim to create a space where adolescents and adults feel heard and understood, while building practical tools to navigate challenges, strengthen emotional awareness, and boost confidence.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

To respect client time and ensure sessions are meaningful. The first session is an intake where we clarify goals, review what to expect, and determine fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s on your mind and take steps toward the healthiest version of you. If you’re ready to begin therapy and want consistent support, you’re welcome to schedule an intake.
