Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of diverse experience. I provide individual, relationship and family therapy adults and young adults over the age of 15. All of us have had times in our lives where talking to someone objective and empathetic would lead us on a more resolved and peaceful path.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to provide a safe and supportive place where one can express their thoughts and challenges in order to work through them effectively. My primary approach is cognitive behavioral, however I adapt to the individual client and what their needs are. The emergence of telehealth has created an easier and more convenient way to seek counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to assist in creating a more healthy, more productive, and happier life for those who choose to engage in a therapeutic relationship.
