Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with adults and families, I look forward to partnering with you and offering support as we navigate some of the curveballs that life throws your way.

My approach to therapy

We'll start by building a strong, trusting relationship where you can safely explore challenges. Using an attachment-based approach, I help you understand how past relationship experiences impact current patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We'll use CBT to equip you with practical tools to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to learn about your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll begin mapping out a path forward that feels right for you.
